ATWER Ltd has now formed a property maintenance and contracts division "APM&C" - aimed at serving Landlords and tenants so that their properties meet the standards for HMO Licence (House of Multiple Occupancy) requirements under the Housing Act 2004 & that of the local Councils. Interviewed well over 90 prospective tenants for next student year for a clients property. Now have 4 groups fully signed up for the various clients houses. The total asset value now being managed exceeds over £1,000,000

APM&C Divisional Director, Hannah Wilson, has successfully completed National Landlord Association Foundation course and has become an accreditated "Landlord". She is also at present studying to take her ARLA exams to become an accreditated Letting Agent. All part of the service AMP&C provide to our clients.

A Trade Effluent, Legal procedures and Court orientation workshop has been successfully held with the South West Water, Waste Water team responsible for Trade Effluent. In addition there were two guests from Wessex Water Trade Effluent section in attendance. Wessex Water have also now had a thought provoking workshop similar to that given to South West Water.

Branched out into Agricultural area to discuss the potential virtues of "Water Harvesting". Interestingly the systems are best suited for new build sites rather than "retro" fit onto very old drainage systems.
