Crisis Management

Investigated numerous pollution incidents:-



  • 7000 litres of petrol lost to sewers
  • Major chemical pollution of the River Severn
  • Major chemical pollution of the River Trent
  • Liaison Manager between logistics contractors during major flooding incident
  • Developed excellent relationships with the Emergency Services: Fire & Rescue, the Police, Health Protection Agency and the Environment Agency
  • Chemical discharge to sewer leading to 2 individuals being hospitalised and loss of the digestors at the receiving sewage treatment works
  • Prosecution Manager in numerous cases leading to businesses and individuals being found guilty in the Criminal Courts

APM&C

ATWER Property Maintenance & Contracts Division has been developed to assist the Landlord new to the property rental business by recommending how they may stay compliant with the Housing Act 2004 and with the Regulations the Local Council may wish to enforce upon the property.

Divisional Director, Hannah Wilson has now gained Accreditation with the National Landlords Association (NLA) and this also gives her accreditation under the Landlord Accreditation Wales (LaW) scheme operated by the Councils of Wales. Managing Director of ATWER, Ian Wilson has held these accreditation qualifications now for 4 years and is a member of the NLA.

APM&C is presently assisting WJW Partnership and Bangor Properties with their Tenant selection and property maintenance.
